Salmon & Shrimp Salad

When it comes to making salads, I try to add things I like to eat in my salad. Eating healthy can be a challenge, but I’m here to assure you that you can make a delicious salad with a few simple ingredients. I love seafood, so I included my two favorites that are shrimp and salmon. I hope you enjoy it. If you would like more healthy recipes leave me a comment below. Ingredients :

6 shrimp

Salmon

Spinach

Avocado

Raspberries

Apricot crumble goat cheese

Raspberry Vinaigrette ( or your choice of dressing)

Seasoning – garlic salt, parsley, black pepper, and red lobster seafood seasoning.

Lightly season your salmon and shrimp with the four seasonings above I listed. Heat a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, when hot spray the pan with a cooking spray, then add the salmon cook unto your liking (medium for me), about 6 to 8 minutes. Then add the shrimp and cook them about 3 to 4 minutes. Take a small to medium plate and make a bed of spinach. Place the shrimp and salmon on top. Then, add the avocado, raspberries, and apricot goat cheese. Then add your favorite dressing! Enjoy!!!
