Squat & Abs Challenge

Let’s be honest everyone wants a firm stomach and derrière. Right? I’ve always been into eating healthy and working out. I was athletic growing up. I participated in every sport you can think of growing up.

But for my friends who struggle to keep the perfect body they want, I’m here to help you get started on a healthy fun journey. Let’s work together to keep the booty right! You know what I mean? LOL. I challenge you to do the squat and abs challenge with me. In the morning I get up around 6:30 am and eat a banana, drink some water, and workout.

It’s not easy being consistent, but if you can find a partner to workout with and you hold each other accountable to staying on track with your workout routines, then I believe you will see results within a month. You will feel better. Start working out in the morning to get your day started. I’m no fitness guru, but I know being consistent with eating the proper meals and working out you will feel better! Have positive quotes hanging up on your refrigerator.

That always keep me motivated. Remember to see the change you must do the work! Below is a calendar I found online, and I thought I’d share it with you guys.
