Happy Monday!!! Let’s start your morning off with a healthy smoothie. I use to skip breakfast, and when lunch time came, I would eat enough for two people. Skipping the most important meal of the day isn’t going to help you if you’re trying to have a healthier lifestyle. Even if you’re in a rush, you can still make this smoothie under 5 minutes and take it to go with you. I hope you enjoy this recipe and share with me your healthy alternative breakfast smoothies.

1 cup or ( handful) of Kale
5 strawberries sliced
2 tablespoon of yogurt ( your choice)
1/2 cup of water
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30-60 seconds.
