I love pineapples and spinach. I know at first it might sound like a weird combination for those who don’t usually drink smoothies, but I guarantee once you try this amazing smoothie you will be making it every day. It’s simple and quick to make. You can drink this on the go, to work, or before a workout. I added a secret ingredient to my smoothie, and I thought why not share with you what I use to help fight off a cough and cold during this winter season.
