So lately, I’ve been trying to balance work, a healthy diet, exercising, mood swings and a ton of other stuff. I sometimes know it’s easy to get off track, but that’s totally OK! I’m here to share with you that I sometimes struggle to go to the gym, eat breakfast, or complete a task. It’s OK! The reason why it’s okay, because we are human, and as long as you get back on track you shall be fine. I try to keep in mind the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating right and exercising. It works for me. I eat 80% healthy and exercise 20%.

Side note: This was a picture from me trying a new workout. Boxing/Kickboxing. I loved it and it’s a great way to relieve some stress.

What are some of you guys tips to balancing life? Do you have an accountability partner to keep you on track? I do. Sometimes I hate it lol. In all honestly, I’m glad I have someone who cares enough about my well being and wants to see me succeed in life. I want the same for my friends, family, and you guys!


I also repeat affirmations to help me. For example: “I Live My Greatness Now”.



It’s an affirmation my church uses. I believe in living my greatness now, and I accept nothing but greatness. Will you take on the challenge to living your greatness now? I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend and remember to tag us on social media #crownwithapurpose.

  1. Boxing is a great exercise and stress reliever too. I also box but not as much as I want to. My husband has a punching bag and I get on it when I’m able to. I exercise in home since I am a stay at home mom and I have a breastfeeding baby who stays attached to me. I just came to your site and I already like it. You have a new subscriber.
